How to maintain a bracelet?
1. Avoid getting wet: When washing hands,taking a shower, swimming,or doing household chores,please remove the bracelet.  2 Avoid direct sunlight and it is recommended to store it properly in a cool and shady place.  3. Prevent physical damage and avoid frequent friction with hard objects such as keys to prevent surface wear.  4. How to clean? Ater wearing, gently wipe with a dry cloth.5.Keep away from chemicals and avoid contacting perfume, cosmetics, detergents,oil stains and other chemicals. Prevent changes in odor or color.

How long will it take to receive the goods?
The basic style will be shipped within three days,with an
estimated delivery time of 5-15 cays,Custom jewelry styles will be shipped within one week and willtake approximately 8-21 days to arrive.

Does the store offer free shipping?
Free shipping when the total purchase order amount reaches $80; shipping fees will be charged for orders below $80.

Regarding returns and refunds?
Dear customer, since our products are handmade, each one is unique. Therefore, currently, we do not accept returns or refunds for any products. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged by carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
